During this time period, San Diego has sustained the most stable temperature remaining around +15C and reaching the highest point of +20C on February 17. Temperature in San Antonio, fluctuating slightly more than that in San Diego, remained within the range between +5C and +20C. On the East Coast, the temperature seasonally dropped reaching -27 C in Chicago on January 17 and 18 and -15C in New York on February 13 and 14. In New York, it remained mainly around the freezing point.
In the last three weeks, all locations started enjoying spring weather with New York warming up to +20C and Chicago to +15C in the first week of March.
